TinchoInvest is an educational and informational tool about investing. It provides market data, automatic technical analysis, research tools, educational content and behavioral features (emotional journal, decision autopsy, behavioral mirror).

NOT a broker. You cannot buy or sell assets here. We do not custody your money. We do not execute orders.

NOT financial advice. Nothing you see on TinchoInvest is investment recommendation or professional advice. Before making decisions, consult a licensed advisor in your jurisdiction.

By using TinchoInvest you agree to:

• Provide truthful information when registering (valid email).
• Not use the platform for illegal activities.
• Not attempt to access other users' data.
• Not do mass scraping or intentionally overload our APIs.
• Not resell or republish TinchoInvest content without permission.

To access personalized features you need an account. We use OTP code authentication sent to your email (no passwords). You are responsible for:

• Keeping your email access secure.
• Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.

You may delete your account any time by writing to hola@tinchoinvest.com.

Market data comes from third parties (Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, DolarAPI, ArgentinaDatos, alternative.me). We do our best to display accurate and up-to-date information, but:

• Prices may be delayed by seconds to minutes.
• Third-party APIs may fail or change.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
• Automatic technical analyses may fail.

Your data is yours. Journal, decisions, portfolio, notes — everything you input is your property. You can export or delete it any time.

TinchoInvest is provided "as-is", without warranties of any kind. In no case will Martín Cornut or TinchoInvest be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from investment decisions you make.
• Errors or delays in market data provided by third parties.
• Temporary Service interruptions.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

All your investment decisions are 100% yours and at your own risk.

We may update these terms occasionally. If the change is substantial, we will notify you by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute will be resolved in the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
